Our Holland chickens roam freely in the pig's pasture. This foraging is supplemented with free-choice premium feed and garden vegetables.

Picked daily as they ripen. No tomatoes picked before there time.

My favorite of the potatoes. When grilling a pork steak I put the red potato on the grill at the same time and by the time I am walking in the house, with the steaks the potatoes are ready, and what flavor.

We plant many varieties so try more than one to find what you best like. Some keep longer than others and they very in flavor. A bag will not last in our house we add garlic to almost everything. What is not used I dry and grind into a powder and add to the pigs food to control parasites with medication.
